I just caught myself staring mindlessly at the scrolling TV guide.
I forgot what I was going to post…but remembered something else I was going to post.
11 took a grade 6 provincial achievement test - they have them in Grades 3, 6, 9 and 12. He got to have someone read the questions for him, and could verbally tell them the answer.
He got 88%
I just started crying.
I hate standardized tests because some kids don’t test well etc, and 11 is one of them with his learning disabilities…but when he has what he needs he soars, he proves it over and over again.
16 just finished out Grade 11 with an overall average of 90%
We are very proud of them both.
