I am going on a medication, one that a friend of mine read up on, then told me about, just the bad parts, cuz that is what friends do.
Apparently one of the things it may cause is hallucinations.
I told her that I was going to start it when I was working from home for 3 days, in case I hallucinate.
She agreed with my plan but pointed out that flying out of my desk while screaming, “Holy F*&K! Who let the polar bear in here!!!” might get me more time off than my allotted vacation time.
Edited to add: the medication isn’t for anything serious or life threatening.
