So staring at the wall. He went to bed fine. Now I am thinking I should go before it gets too late.
I don’t think I have been able to try to get to sleep before midnight in years.

Tonight is going to be especially odd.
We are trying a new routine for 11’s bedtime. I think it will be the first time in at least (probably more) 11 years that I will be able to kiss the kids goodnight and send them off to bed.

11 had enough of a meltdown today to be kept home from school.

Told the team I was sick so I could work in stealth mode, get some things with 11 dealt with and not be tied up in the phone, meeting and communicator messages all day.

I may have accidently taken a double dose of my medication last night. Feeling sort of wobbly and mellow today.
This caused a bit of snickering when I told Corvidae30 this morning…you know the getting old thing and forgetting when you have taken your medications, maybe I need to use one of those daily pill things. Yeah that.
I wonder how it will effect my meeting heavy work day.

Got into work, sat down, six hours later I got up to grab lunch and take a bio break.
Just finished lunch (which was yummy) but now I am light-headed and slightly nauseous.
Maybe my body is in shock because I fed it a real lunch and not a fibre bar.
Strength of will to actually go into the office today. When I get there I find it is hotter than hell. I am hoping that airplane noise is pumping in cold air and not hot.
Going mouse pad and keyboard hunting. Mine seems to have disappeared.

I always need something in the background secondary to what I am doing.
